D. Pulane Lucas is president and CEO of Policy Pathways, a Richmond-based nonprofit that offers academic and leadership development programming for youth and young adults interested in higher education and career opportunities in policy studies, public administration, international affairs, and policy-related fields in the public and private sectors. She is the author of “Disruptive Transformations in Health Care: The Impact of Technological Innovation and Public Policy in the Hospital Industry” and “God and the Self: Insights from Major Thinkers in the Western Philosophical Tradition.” Dr. Lucas holds a PhD in public policy and administration from VCU L.
