Our Mommy & Me Baby Ballet class is a gentle and joyful introduction to Ballet for babies ages 6–12 months and their caregivers. (Geared towards sitters/crawlers). Designed with early development in mind, this class focuses on bonding, sensory exploration, and motor skill development through the beauty of ballet. Caregivers actively participate alongside their little ones in a warm, nurturing environment, helping babies build strength, balance, and coordination with age-appropriate exercises, soft music, and playful props. Each class includes ballet terminology, simple movement patterns, stretches, songs, and lots of smiles—laying the foundation for a lifelong love of dance and connection. No dance experience is required—just bring your baby, your socks, and your love!
