Our Mommy & Me Baby Ballet class is a gentle and joyful introduction to Ballet for babies ages 12-24 months and their caregivers. (Geared towards walkers). Designed with early development in mind, this class focuses on bonding, sensory exploration, and motor skill development through the beauty of ballet. Caregivers actively participate alongside their little ones in a warm, nurturing environment, helping babies build strength, balance, and coordination with age-appropriate exercises, soft music, and playful props. Each class includes ballet terminology, simple movement patterns, stretches, songs, and lots of smiles—laying the foundation for a lifelong love of dance and connection. No dance experience is required—just bring your baby, your socks, and your love!
